Chemistry Department
The Colorado Metallurgical Services Chemistry department
is reponsible for the following areas of testing.
- OES - Optical Emissions Spectroscopy
- Leco Combustion for carbon and Sulfur
- Most analysis can be completed in
1-3 days
- Expedited services are available at
addition charge.
- Small items such as shavings, small
parts, weld wire, etc. can be analyzed after vacuum
arc remelt. A minimum of 4 grams of clean material is
required
